How it should be

A gentle and pleasurable evening out at Skylon Southbank Festival Hall.

All the trains ran on time, there were staff to put my on the train and I was met promptly at my destination. Kudos to South West Trains. This is how it should be, and proves that it’s possible.

The Festival Hall is just a nightmare labyrinth of mezzanine levels separated by 6 steps and lifts that only go to certain areas, but have common labelling.  It’s good that lifts aren’t a mode of transport, or this would be a very long entry.
