The Sound of Silence

I owe you, dear reader, an explanation and an apology. I said at the start that I was writing up these journeys of mine for my benefit and to see if there were as many problems as my poor memory recollects.

This is still true, but there is a small select group of people who actually read this drivel, though I can’t imagine why. It may have been a relief therefore to have been given a break. You may even have hoped I’d given up or got tired. I regret to tell you that this is not true. In fact I’ve been travelling so much, whilst holding work and social life together, that I’ve simply not had time to write up my experiences…. and there have been some VERY special journeys.

But, I have been keeping notes, and over the next week or so I’ll be doing my best to catch up, whilst taking more journeys of course.

You have been warned.
